If you are not completely satisfied with the order, making a return is very simple.


Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags still attached, they must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.


The return can be requested within 14 days of receipt of the goods.


All items purchased between 23 and 31 December can be exchanged or fully refunded by 14 January.


For hygienic-sanitary reasons and considering the stringent anti-covid regulations, the costumes cannot be returned.


Please note that it is mandatory that the items be returned in their original condition.

2. Place the item in the original packaging.


3. Make sure the item has labels attached.

6. Deliver the box to the courier office that is most convenient for you.
