RETURN POLICIES
If you are not completely satisfied with the order, making a return is very simple.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags still attached, they must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.
The return can be requested within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
All items purchased between 23 and 31 December can be exchanged or fully refunded by 14 January.
For hygienic-sanitary reasons and considering the stringent anti-covid regulations, the costumes cannot be returned.
Please note that it is mandatory that the items be returned in their original condition.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN IN ITALY
1. Request the return following the procedure you find by entering your personal section: (My account-> Hello, < your name>); enter in "Order history "; click on "Details"; request the return of the good
2. Place the item in the original packaging.
3. Make sure the item has labels attached.
5. Paste the return label on the package, making sure to cover the previous label.
6. Deliver the box to the courier office that is most convenient for you.
The return costs are at our expense.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXTRA ITALY RETURN
Send an email to mail@spraynet.it, writing "RETURN" and the order number in the subject.
We will contact you as soon as possible indicating the instructions to follow.

REFUNDS
As soon as we have received your return, and after our quality control, we will provide the refund related only to the goods on the number of the card with which you made the payment.
It can take up to 14 business days. If you do not receive the refund within these deadlines, we ask you to contact us at mail@spraynet.it.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS
If you want to make an exchange, we ask you to follow the return procedure indicated above and to place a new order.
Contact us at mail@spraynet.it, writing "CHANGE" and the order number in the subject.
After receiving your return, you will receive by email a voucher of the same value as the previously purchased product, to be spent within a year from receipt.
If the amount of the voucher is not sufficient to cover the total amount of the new purchase, you can choose a payment method for the balance.
